It’s no secret that I LOVE to write. I started writing at a young age, and over time, it has turned into a passion. Writing is my way of venting, prioritizing, expressing my emotions, and celebrating. It’s my therapy. However, I realize that not everyone feels the same way I do. I created this page for both journaling newbies and journaling pros. Whether you aren’t sure what to write about or don’t know how to start- use a journal prompt. If you need a little inspiration for the topic of your daily writings- use journal prompts. My goal is to make your journaling experience a fun, stress-free, & simple tool to use in your recovery.

The drop-down menu under “Journaling” features two categories, *Relationships and *General. The “Relationship” section is geared towards couples and families, but anyone can use them! The journal prompts in “General” will have an assortment of topics relating to self-care, gratitude, memories, triggers, mental health, grace, and more!

I plan to start posting two journal prompts a day, one in each category. I am also working on other interactive content to better your experience on my website and The Sober app. You will always be able to access the prompts here on their respective pages, under my section in The Sober app, and possibly on some of my social media accounts. If you have a journal prompt idea or want to see a specific topic, please let me know! I would love to work together!
